What do I do if I cannot find part number?

If you do not know a part number, you can Shop by Brand using the brand links on the left side of the website. Navigate these links to find the model of your computer, then the series, then the part type, then the part.

For example, if you have an IBM computer, you can click the IBM brand link. Find the general model (e.g., Thinkpad 240 Parts). Look for the model "type". Try to find the closest type number to your computer (e.g., IBM ThinkPad 240Z Parts).

Be careful when locating parts, as some parts (e.g., hinges, LCD displays, LCD cables, etc.) may be exclusive to specific machines, meaning they may not be compatible with machines other than the machine they are categorized under.
