I have purchased the parts but I still have the same problems as before. What can I do?
If you purchased a part and it did not resolve the problem (for example, say you purchased a new laptop Battery and a new AC Adapter but the battery still does not charge), that means that you have not identified the correct issue with the equipment.
At that point we suggest taking the equipment to a qualified technician or you can ship us your equipment to us, along with the old parts and the new parts, in order to get them properly diagnosed.
In many cases, giving a technician free reign to fix your laptop can lead to unnecessary expenses. If you are not sure what the exact problem is with your equipment, then before purchasing any major parts, we strongly recommend that you send the equipment to us or a qualified technician for a diagnostic.
